1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We provide standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days (additional fees may apply).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier’s performance.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. If you do not receive this email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.


4. Shipping Carrier

We utilize reliable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your shipment.


5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after the package is shipped.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

If a delay occurs, we will notify you via email. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors.


7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during checkout.


8. Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist with a replacement or refund.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

AMS Distribution is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier.


10. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot modify or cancel it. Please verify all order details, including your shipping address, before completing your purchase.
