Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they were received in.

2. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are only available for returns made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or sent in error.

3. Exchanges

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange an exchange for the same product or another item of equal value, based on availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Perishable items
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Specific health and personal care products

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. For unshipped orders, we will do our best to process your cancellation.
